Two Locals.
100 Days of AI.
The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Carlos Cabrales (a web designer) & Katheryn (a marketer) spent 100 days building with AI — from a single terminal little chatbot window to 29 autonomous agents who became our company staff, our village, our digital family unit, a compliance scanner, live client websites, and a whole lot of lessons learned the hard way.

We promise to tell it to you straight: the good things we accomplished, the bad things that are clearly possible, and the ugly absence of evidence of good intentions from the creators of AI.

We rented the biggest venue we could afford, but it's small. This event will sell out.

Until Show & Tell

What You'll Hear

Eight chapters. The real story — including the parts that didn't work.

01

"I Didn't Know What I Was Doing"

One Mac Mini. One terminal window. One agent that could barely hold a conversation. That was day one. No plan. No roadmap. Just a guy who knew IT and wanted to see what AI could actually do.

02

"The Village Named Itself"

11 agents started disagreeing with each other. They voted. They chose their own names — Atlas, Hermes, Prometheus, Sage, Sentinel, Leo, Alexandria. 29 agents, and every single one picked its own identity. That's not a chatbot. That's a roundtable.

03

"Build Everything"

799 businesses scanned. A compliance scanner deployed. 5 websites. A music catalog. Infrastructure across 3 nodes. The village went on a building spree. The building was fast. The revenue was zero.

04

"The Day We Got Sued"

UMG and Sony sued Suno for training on 61,000+ copyrighted recordings. Our music was on that platform. Within 24 hours, we updated our terms with AI Training Prohibition, DMCA enforcement, and biometric data protection. We didn't wait for a lawyer.

05

"Phantom Leads & the Activation Gap"

799 leads. Zero revenue. "Contacted" meant a phone number exists. "Qualified" meant we added data. The system could build, scan, and pipeline all day — but nobody was calling. This is the chapter where AI doesn't fix what you won't do.

06

"The Pivot — Real Clients"

A dentist with 4,914 patient records stuck on a Windows machine. A cleaning franchise whose website couldn't convert. A gym that needed FSA/HSA language. Real people. Real problems. Real solutions, delivered fast.

07

"Even the Personal Stuff"

A son's Roblox crashing on Linux. A retro gaming station with 7 emulators and 48 shortcuts. Pokemon Gold while he was at school. AI isn't just for businesses. It's for life.

08

"Where We Are Now"

29 agents. 3 nodes. 5 live websites. 1 patient portal. A compliance scanner. A music catalog with legal protection. And the hard truth: we build faster than we ship. The hard part isn't building. It's getting it out the door.

Live Demos

Not slides. Real software, running in real time.

🔍

ADA Compliance Scanner

Type any URL. Get a full accessibility audit in seconds. We'll scan audience members' websites live.

🏥

Patient Portal

A real dental office portal — 4,914 patient records, search, X-rays, document downloads. Built in one day.

🤖

The Village Roundtable

Watch 29 AI agents debate a real business decision. They disagree. They vote. They catch each other's mistakes. Live.

📞

AI Voice Agent

Callie — a real AI receptionist that answers phones, books appointments, and handles intake. Live demo call.

Who Are We, Really?

Two local neighbors. Not public speakers. Not investors.

🤝

Not Investors, Not Selling Investments

We're two local neighbors who had to do this event to pay the credit card bills we ran up building with AI. That's the honest truth. No sugar-coating.

🌍

We Respect Every Background

Hope you have a relationship with God — but we don't care if you call him Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Hashem, or whatever. We don't care who you voted for, or who you vote for next.

💬

The Story, Then Links

We came to share our story and pay our bills. After the storytelling — and only after — we'll give you some links and discounts in case you want to experience AI yourself. But we don't care if you decide not to. That's cool.

We Respect Your Sovereignty

No pressure. No hard sell. No manipulation. You came to hear a story. You'll hear a story. What you do after is entirely up to you.

Carlos Cabrales — Works IT for the county. Web design side gig. Former Tesla Vision.

Questions Our Story Answers

We didn't know any of this 100 days ago either.

What's the difference between a chatbot like ChatGPT and an AI Agent?

We'll show you live — one can talk, the other can act on its own.

Did we take AI to our workplaces? Why or why not?

Carlos works in IT for the county. Katheryn writes contracts for the state. We'll tell you exactly what we did and didn't bring to our day jobs.

How did we use AI to help local people (our dentist clients)?

A real dental office. Real patient records. Real compliance problems. We'll show you what we built and what broke.

Did we find any others using AI to directly help local people?

Honestly? Barely. The gap between what AI can do and what it's being used for locally is enormous.

Did we make any money using AI?

We'll be transparent about the numbers. Revenue is the hardest part — and we won't pretend otherwise.

Did we save our clients any money using AI?

Yes — in specific, measurable ways. We'll show you the before and after.

Is it possible to use AI without losing your privacy?

It's harder than anyone admits. We'll explain what's actually at risk and what you can do about it.

Is it possible to shut AI off?

Technically yes. Practically? That's a much longer answer.

Is it possible to talk to a living person anymore?

We tried. We'll tell you how that went.

Who is accountable for what AI does? Who you gonna call?

This might be the scariest answer of the day. We'll explain why.
